Avocado & Grilled Hearts of Palm Salad

Our Avocado & Grilled Hearts of Palm Salad is the perfect summer salad or side to any BBQ spread. It is light, refreshing, and most importantly, simple!
Ingredients
1 Can Hearts of Palm
1 Ripe Avocado
3 Tbsp Finely Chopped Red Onion
2 Tbsp Capers
1 Freshly Squeezed Lemon
Instructions
Drain the hearts of palm.
In a bowl, mix the hearts of palm with Graza Sizzle Olive Oil and a pinch of Osmo Zesty Lemon Salt.
Add the hearts of palm to a heated grill and flip once they become charred (8-10 minutes). Allow them to cook for another 8-10 minutes, then remove them from the grill.
Cut the grilled hearts of palm into bite-size chunks.
Cut the avocado into cubes.
In a bowl, mix the grilled hearts of palm, avocado, chopped red onion, capers, freshly squeezed lemon juice, Osmo Zesty Lemon Salt, and Graza Drizzle Olive Oil.
Enjoy right away, or place it in the fridge to chill until you are ready to serve!
